What length stay do M&A Apartments offer?
You can stay at M&A Apartments on a short-term basis, with single night or multiple night packages available, simply view our book online page to view availability.

Checking in After-Hours
Please contact M&A Reception if you expect to be arriving after-hours. We would like to confirm a few details of your reservation to ensure everything is arranged for your arrival, such as parking and the preauthorisation.
We may also require further documentation to prove your identity We want to ensure the person who made and paid for the reservation is the same person to check -in. We will match the name on your reservation to the name on the credit card and identification.

Parking at M&A Apartments
When you book your reservation directly with M&A Apartments, we’ll include the first car park for free! Reservations for parking is required as there are limited spaces available. Instructions for parking will be provided upon check in.
If you have booked your reservation through and online site or different manner, please contact M&A as fees will apply. If you need additional car spaces after the first, please contact M&A to see if additional spaces are available and the associated costs.
When you arrive, park in the 10 minute zone out front of the lobby to check in. If this space is full, you can park in the public area of the Secure car park as they provide the first 10 minutes for free. You will need to exit the car park if you have been provided with a credit card sized access pass.
Deposits are only required on Advanced Purchase, Stay 2 and Save 10%, and at times, some promotional rates. These rates require the 1st night’s rate as a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to arrival.
Our Best Available Rate and other flexible rates do not require a deposit and require full payment 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Please check further information on the individual rate to confirm which policy you are looking at booking or contact us.
Security Deposits & Preauthorisation
M&A requires a $200 security deposit from all guests staying with M&A Apartments. This security deposit is processed as a preauthorisation which can take up to 10 business days to release back to your card if no charges are processed. Cash is not accepted for the security deposit and must be on a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners or Visa/ Master Debit card.
If you are arrival outside of reception hours, the preauthorisation will be processed before the reception closes for the evening or the remainder of the weekend. This will be processed to the credit card provided for the reservation unless prior arrangements are made with reception.
If M&A Apartments is not able to successfully process the preauthorisation prior to close, our after-hours team will collect the funds on arrival. If the preauthorisation is collected via our after-hours team, the release of the funds can take longer and if any additional charges are to be processed will extend the expected date of release.
M&A Apartments are serviced apartment that offers housekeeping on longer stays. For stays longer than 8 nights, a mid-week service will be provided complementary.
All linens, toiletries and furnishings are provided but not replenished on stays 7 nights or less. Extras can be requested via reception but may incur a cost depending on quantity requested.
Light or mid stay services can be purchased for your stay.
